Nice place to hang out. They have board game night on Fridays and Happy Hour everyday where selected drinks are priced a little bit cheaper. The interior is cozy but the floor near the counter needs to have some cleaning or at least have an extra carpet so it doesn’t look “flooded up” on winter. We’ve been here couple of times and the said floor seemed to be the same every time. I’m not super bothered about it though and still had a great time whenever we’re here!

I go to Chatime a lot and usually it’s okay, and I have had a couple experiences where the drinks weren’t really as good as usually but the staff are really nice about it usually. My boyfriend picked up a drink for me today and I guess he didn’t say anything to the employees about it but the drink wasn’t even filled to the top. Very disappointing, still taste good at least. My fiance tried this location roughly 20 minutes before they closed. The staff member there was still bright and cheery, while willing to help us out with our questions and orders. She also seemed quite knowledgable about the drinks and was able to make recommendations that were spot on. I'm glad that Slush drinks are starting to catch on at more locations now; I find them the most refreshing.

The only reason I continue to buy from here is the variety of add ons and variety of drinks they have compared to many other bubble tea places i been. Only down falls are they take long & the prices are higher than most. and they dont take cash because they said they dont have change to give back.

staff very slow, took 15 minutes for 2 drinks and no lineup. Had no passion fruit or taro in stock either; two very common flavours. Tea was decent, however overall a disappointing experience. Do not recommend

My favorite place to get a drink, hot or cold everything is delicious, and the employees are always so very nice.My favorites are Roasted Milk and Thai tea. Grab yourself a metal straw for future use save the planet and all that

Not bad at all.. but i would stay away from their bubble waffles not really the greatest one here in the south side YEG. Just choose the drinks..

it’s not a frappe bubble tea, they added ice but the drink is not cold enough. Poor service. First time trying it and won’t come back again.

The store is located in a very convenient and easily accessible area, and I love the minimalistic, modern but homely interior design. The staff was friendly, cooperative and fast with getting our drinks prepared despite the fact that there was only one member working at the time that I went. I also love that they have Happy Hour despite their already affordable prices compared to certain other bubble tea houses. I enjoyed their drinks and I am already planning for when I can go back for more soon.

I called this place multiple times no answer Don’t waste your time in calling them they won’t pick up , probably people complaining about their orders which you can tell from the reviews . They don’t make the correct drinks I’m surprise this place is still standing , it’s dead when I walked in . I placed an order for my daughter and she wrote it down for me because I don’t know anything about bubble tea or how to order , so I got the guy to read her text . I told the guy to read it again just in case to double check he got it right . Went home and gave it to my daughter told me it’s wrong and she even checked herself if she wrote it right and she did . I try to call back to let them know but they never answer . i had multiple times where they mistaken my order , and I said I’m never come back but I do and give them a chance but this is it . IM NEVER COMING BACK ! Rather drive to COCO BUBBLE TEA ON GATEWAY . It’s delicious and never disappointed
