Staff is very impolite. Seeing guests entering, the staff did not ask what the guests wanted to drink. Stand talking to each other and treat guests as invisible. Even when they turned to look at the customer's face, they continued to stand and talk to each other. Only when the customers open their mouth to ask: "Can I order?" then the staff answered yes. Meanwhile the shop was very empty and everything was very dirty. Take the trash can, for example. Looks very unhygienic. Staff is too ignorant.

When a queue forms because someone's taking a long time to order, it's probably not the customer's fault. I waited 5-10 mins to order, only to find out that the few things I'd considered having were all out of stock/not made today. In the end, went with thai tea which did not taste like Thai tea, just regular milk tea. Don't let the busyness of the store fool you, those teenagers are obviously ok with spending their parents money trash.

My wife said that she had a dream that she worked here and that the other workers were racist to her. In reality it is a great shop with great people.

Tried the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls. It was as good as anywhere in Asia that I tried so far. Definitely recommended, I will gladly come back. The place, it's location and service were also great. Prices are a bit high though.
