Great customer service and the best bubble tea hands down in Edmonton. If you haven't tried Kung Fu Tea, please do. It turned into my favourite bubble tea place. Bubble tea taste fresh. Space is clean. Small card games and general games to play on the side if you plan on staying there with friends/family. The store also has a small stand where it supports a small local business. Highly recommended.
Visited in July and ordered the Magic Cube Latte, Grapefruit Green Tea with Agar bubble, Signature Lite Fruit Tea, and Milk King. Each drink was delicious, though I'd suggest opting for less sugar. The service was friendly, and the storefront was clean and modern. The wait time for drinks was reasonable, and they were presented in adorable packaging. Highly recommended!
I live in the neighbourhood and am glad to have found this new boba place. Came on a Saturday after lunch at around 2pm to pick up a drink and egg waffle as dessert. Not too busy and just two tables of customers at the time I ordered. A wide variety of drink choices and server was right there ready for my order at the counter. We had the classics latte and brown sugar milk with pearls and original egg waffle. They were served pretty quickly, drink came in about 2 minutes and the waffle was about 4 minutes. While waiting I was looking around at the little merchandise corners and they sell cute items such as crochet stuffed toys and boba toys. There was even an idol corner with fan items like postcards and key chains. A very nice place, will definitely come frequent!
Lots of interesting flavors of tea that I want to try like oreo black warrior and grapefruit greentea. I ordered the signature lite fruit tea. The fruit tea was amazing and it was quite refreshing. And finish drinking my tea, you can eat the fruit as well. This establishment uses honey for sweetness.
Decent bubble tea shop in Edmonton. Food: My bubble tea tasted good. I drank the lemon tea with aloe. Service: It was alright, the employees at the counter were very helpful and nice but they got my order wrong. Atmosphere: Very cozy. Many tables are there, with various sizes. There are even board games you can play with your friends at the back. One of the best atmospheres I've experienced at a shop like this. Parking: Located right in front of the store. You can park anywhere in the parking lot of the square for free.
I liked my Pearl cheese milk tea with icecream. It was good but it didn’t wow me like others were saying it would. Looked very pleasing with the layers. It wasn’t too sweet, wasn’t too rich. I don’t venture too much in this area so it was a bit of a trek but it was worth it. For the amount and the price I would say its at par with other bubble tea places. The other offerings are pretty much the same as other places as well. Parking is good. Even though there was no one there, there was a bit of a wait as there were online orders they seem to fill. I would say Kung Fu Tea employees need to work on being more relaxed and cordial.
Using honey as a sweetener #natural Giant menu, easy to read Support local vendors for sale Exotic Snacks available
There is so much to explore on their menu. Finding your “favourite drink” may take time to discover. We tried the Pearl Taro Green Milk Tea half sweet, less ice and Mango green tea with jelly. I love that they sweeten with honey, and I could actually taste the tea. The tapioca pearls were a good texture/firmness. While I appreciated the beauty of the layering of the milk tea drink, I did my best to shake/invert/mix it before trying. The sealed plastic lid was a bit thin/weak so you should be careful to not spill. I found there was still undissolved powder which felt “chalky” and i could see powder in the straw. It might help if they mix that part more before adding to the cup. All in all a good start, and I will return to try more teas. The place is clean and the staff are friendly.
Excellent spot for bubble tea. Very nice atmosphere and bubble tea was delicious. Had the 38 milk king and grape fruit green tea. Quick service too.Food: 5/5
I think they have served one of the best pearl tapioca here. Highly recommend 38 Milk King which have pearl, grass jelly & agar jelly. The drink itself is not too sweet even just order regular sweetness as they serve with honey instead. Will definitely come back. Don't forget to download their app for points collection.Food: 5/5
