Easily the best bubble tea in Edmonton. They have the best flavoured and most consistent bubble tea you will have. This location is always well staffed, never seems to be rushed and always gives good customer service. They have a great rewards program that is easy to navigate and the most consistent quality you will find.

Waited about 10 minutes before we got help to order. When we ordered she then told us no more black pearls. We ended up with one drink. It took so long so we asked for a refund since she didn’t even start that one drink. Only one worker on a Saturday night. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 30/40 mins for a drink. Owner should hire more people especially on weekends..

This place was absolutely horrible! I ordered the earl grey milk tea 2J and an original bubble waffle and I would never waste my hard earned money on this place again. The milk tea had zero flavour and tasted like water, and the bubble waffle was burnt! To serve something like this to customers is disappointing. There are tons of other good bubble tea places in the city, stay clear of this one.

They are located at a convenient spot. Just a stones throw from whyte ave. So it is not a pain to get to. Also it is usually pretty quiet at least when I've dropped by so can sit down and chill. The bubble tea is OK. I feel like they have too many items on the menu so they can't focus on making them all the best.

First time trying Gong Cha and won't be going back. Probably one of the worst taro bubble teas I've ever had. It barely had any flavours and was mostly just ice. Maybe their smoothies would be better but with so many other good places won't be bothering to find out!

Gongcha is usually a pretty good option but this one was awful. The pearls were clearly not cooked enough. They were so hard and powdery. The employee was going to remake it but was going to use the same pearls from before? I asked for no pearls and the drink turned out even worse. The most watery and flavorless bubble tea I've ever had. I could understand if it was busy but there was like one other customer. How do you mess up regular milk tea?

great milk tea, love all the brown sugar and mango flavor drink! Really fast, only 1 min to get my drink! But sometime takes longer at night. Still best milk tea on Whyte ave

My favorite milk tea in Edmonton, every time I come here I’ll try different tea but they never disappoint me. It will only take me one or two minutes to get my drink, so fast so delicious!

My favorite bubble tea shop in Edmonton, I can always get my drink so fast and taste so good and also the servers are very enthusiastic and patient to us, totally recommend guys this place!

the strawberry aiyu fresh milk is a great novelty if you want to try something other than milk tea. Aiyu were great. Don’t forget to shake it before ur drinking. Awesome bubble tea place with so many flavours and types of drinks and all at a reasonable price! very quick and friendly service I highly recommend it!
