Chateau Nova Yellowknife

Flight out got canceled, so ended up spending an evening here.nnHotel is modern, well kept, and comfortable. While everything is walking distance, it can be a little far to walk anywhere if the weather isn't nice or if you are not dressed for it.nnWould definitely stay here again and should have stayed here to begin with.

The stay was amazing, I stayed for two nights the rooms were clean and were smelling good. I really want to appreciate one of the housekeeping supervisor if m not wrong her name was jassika , she really helped me with my luggage & also provided me the stuff that I required while my stay.nThe food was amazing & the servers was so nice & humble, the front desk was so polite & guided me where I needed there helpnIt was a great stay and would love to visit again.

My company booked me a night here. The hotel is very nice. The customer service from front desk to lounge was amazing. My room was very nice, comfy. my only comment not complaint was hair in my bathtub when I arrived. The young man working the lounge last night, was exceptional.

For tourists experiencing jet lag and staying in the hotel for three days, the room was clean and satisfactory. The restaurant's food and drinks for lunch and dinner were pretty decent. What more could we have needed? The service was excellent. Thank you so much!

I stayed a single night at the Chateau for a short visit to Yellowknife. Check in early evening was uneventful and fairly efficient. My room 431 is a fair walk as the hotel is very long but only 4 stories high. The elevators are quick though.nnMy room was a decent size, with normal layout. I did appreciate the extra details such as a work desk with work chair as well as a small table with 2 chairs to eat at, AND and comfy chair to sit.nnThey provide a medium sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, but also a toaster and kettle. Two items I wish more hotels would offer.nnBathroom was functional and clean if not overly large. The bed, a king size, was comfortable with soft linens.nnClimate controls worked reasonable well for a window AC unit, and wasn't overly noisy.nnI had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both of which were reasonable priced with good service.nnAs I only stayed one night, I can't comment on cleaning service, but the room was clean on my arrival. Overall it was a good stay and I would certainly stay there again if I was in town.
