Watermark Tower

NEVER STAY HERE!!! I booked a suite at the Watermark several weeks before my trip. I had email confirmation on my booking and a couple of days prior to my arrival, I received an email confirming my stay and giving me details on how to get the key to my room. When I arrived, the room had not been made up after the last occupant. The sheets and towels were all dirty. The garbage bins were full of disgusting waste. And the room was generally dirty all over. I called several times - they even have an out of hours cell phone number which was useless as it is not even turned on. No one bothered to answer my calls or return the many messages I left. As it was 5.30pm on a Sunday night - there were no other places available for me to stay. So I ended up having to sleep on a sofa - bed was dirty. I would never stay here again - even if it was the only place available - I would rather cancel my trip here.
