I’m very happy with this bank, I just recently changed from citizens and am so much happier at Chase.  I opened my accounts with Brad Powers who was so nice and easy to work with - he gave great explanations of all the products and made things very easy.  The tellers at this bank are all very courteous and work quickly; the building itself is beautiful and well maintained.  On whole I am liking the Chase app and options WAY more than Citizens.

Understaffed and worst service ever. It’s Thursday and they only have one drive up lane open. Sat in like for exactly 22 minutes before I could even drop my deposit then waited another 5 minutes to get a receipt
