bankers are friendly, but they operate in very bureaucracy system, after my wife changed her name 4 years ago he want to open a business account she have checking account with chase the banker ask her for old id with old name and 2 new id with the new name it is ok however when she precent old driving  license they told her it is expired we can not accept it !!!!!!! who they think we will have valid id after 4 years from changing the name ???!!!😧

Pretty slow as they only have 1 active teller and 1 passive teller. Especially on Thurs and Fridays
