They do have pompous employees there and I dislike their policies.  Not really a horrible experience but not a welcoming one either.

I feel like I'm bothering them every time I go in there. I won't be back. When  you need "member services" nobody bothers to come help you. So you have to go wait in line to get someone.

Always a line a mile long... And one teller!!! It sucks when you have no other options. Plus you feel like you are always bothering them when you need things done. Are you not happy to have a job???

Elizabeth was extremely rude to me. Because of an error made by the tellers last time she treated me like I was an idiot. She made eye contact with me maybe twice and the rest of the time she looked down and had a very rude tone basically saying I didn’t know what I was talking about.  I was mid sentence explaining what happened last time when she cut me off and said "just let me get this started." I won't be going back there.
