As Chapters as Chapters gets. The same rather fake ambiance than any other of their location. There are many smaller bookstores around that are cheaper and feel more real.

A pleasant Chapters location that's got a nice Starbucks with plenty of seating, a good children's section, and clean bathrooms. I also appreciate that it's dog friendly when we're out with our puppy in tow!

Very helpful staff and lots of computer kiosks available to help you find what you need. Store layout is kind of annoying, the ground level is filled with useless junk and all the actual books are upstairs. When did Chapters become a blanket store?

Really great location with a Starbucks located on the 2nd floor. 
Features: 
Escalators and an elevator. 
Washroom on the 2nd floor. 
Kids/teens section that often includes a small play area for kids. 
Friendly and helpful staff as well as convenient computer kiosks to look up items.
