Great staff and managers, decent size and variety for all departments including kids toys. Some stuff overpriced but they are willing to gice you money back (gift card) if you return item within time, even if box is open. Great deals on boxing week. Plus, you can always find great hardcover books on sale for $5 or $10.00 that make a great gift.
