First issue; I call in the store they told me the book I'm looking they have in hand and they gonna reserve under my name so I'm happy because I will give to my son as a gift and I promise I have it by the next day,nnSo I decided and to make sure that I will get the book so I pay it already I'm confident the book my son wish come truennI call my wife to cancel her appointment to pick up the book instead to wait next day, because I see in my son how he excited, my wife cancelled her appointment to pick up my order, my wife arrived in store and they said there's have no book,nnIf they have no stock why they take my payment and they said is in there hand when I'm talking to them on phone now my son was upset how long this business run?nnAnd one more things on there website order over $35 free shipping after I pay they saidnIt's not free I pay More than they asking to get the free shippingnnLook like this business they don't know there doing I'm disappointed if I have chance to choose zero star I will put zero
Don't really come here often. Everytime I needed some assistance. The staffs are all friendly and willing to try their best to help with what you need. They have a huge selection for all ages from kids to adults. Some of their items are over priced but when it's on sale it's a good deal! They have free WiFi.
This is a very good store, they are always pleasant and willing to happily put items on hold for me anytime I ask!
Ordered Klutz Smash Bot Battle kit online for pickup at store. Took a week to ship, and just picked it up yesterday. My kid opened the kit today to assemble the bots, and the included tube of glue is rock hard and unusable. Waited on hold for customer service rep for 15 minutes, and was offered a replacement/return which I declined because I didn't want another tube of old glue! or a $7 credit to my indigo account, which I accepted. So that was a nice gesture, and I hung up the phone feeling satisfied, as we have other glue at home to use. However, I am online now perusing other Klutz kits to purchase and use my $7 credit, only to see that our kit is now on sale for $17.49, which means that there is a difference of $7.88 between what I paid and what the item costs now. Am patiently grr! waiting in the online chat now to see if I can receive the price difference back as a refund or a credit. Will update accordingly once I receive an answer.nnBy the way, the store clerk who brought our item out to the car was Lucy, and she was very nice, attentive, and friendly. Definitely deserves a pat on the back!
Every time my sister and I visit this store, we are followed by the same man. Very obnoxious and annnoying. This time he had one of the sales associates follow us into the kids section. makes us not want to come back. We are loyal indigo shoppers.
