Nice bookstore with something for everyone. There are some household goods here and toys for kids. Helpful service.

I used the website to order an item and pick up in store. This feature is never as convenient as I'd like. It takes the employees a bit to find it and bring it to me, and can be difficult to find an employee with the right equipment to even collect the order. I'd love a full time greeter at the front of the store that could help with online orders. The store is always clean, bright, and well stocked.

In November -December months you may finds good deals on toys, books and else. They have several varieties of toys and books. Pre holiday season they stopped gift wrapping so keep it in mind.

Excellent location, excellent staff. The only complaint that I have is that it's starting to look like a gift shop in these chapters stores, but that's just the reality of books in the new world. Probably no need anymore for these huge stores.

Very shady return policy. Items like Pokémon cards are not returnable but there are no signs to let a customer know and make an informed decision. Be careful what you purchase here…. It might be on that list. It’s too bad that 0 stars aren’t an option.

Ripping Canadians off one at a time. Buyer beware if you buy Pokémon. No rerun policy but they do not let you know that. No signs and was told they are not allowed to tell customers they are a final sale. Will spend my hard earned money at EB games. They accept returns on unopened and seal intact Pokémon

Super disappointed that this is the first display they have set up right at the entrance, won’t be shopping here ever again I’ll support local. Having it there just seems like an accusation aimed at everyone that walks in. I’m not racist or at least I wasn’t racist until people started constantly claiming I was. But I’m a paying customer and my opinion should matter and I don’t think Im the only one with that opinion. You can have the display just maybe not where it’s the first thing you see walking in cuz it almost had me walk right back out. But like I said if you don’t want my business I’ll gladly take it elsewhere

Probably the coolest book store ever. They let us bring our puppy into their store and let him socialize with the staff and customers. The staff was very helpful too and very patient as well. There is a lot of parking and everything is easy to access. There is a Starbucks at the location but we avoided it because we had our puppy. I gave them 5 stars because of the staff and we will always come back.
