Chaps Restaurant

RANT- Heads up mamas. I ordered over $110.00 worth of food from Chaps at 5:00 tonight and it only just showed up at 6:59,cold. They said it should be 45-50 min max when I ordered. I called to speak to management who then passed me to the owners ( a married couple who I won’t name on here). They wouldn’t do a thing, argued with me, rude and basically told me to send the food back with the driver! Ok. Great customer service. I’m so angry as we were frequent customers even after my child got food poisoning from their chicken wings. Just needed to vent as I now have 4 starving humans and one pissed off mama!

Great service, despite the rush in Super Bowl Sunday. Had the wings that were too notch, and my son enjoyed the house burger that he gave "12 thumbs up"

We really like the atmosphere and service but the tartar sauce looked and tasted like mayonnaise with mustard mixed in. When I asked if the fish was good she should have been honest. It was garbage. Others enjoyed wings and fries that were very good. The chicken strips however were very dry and the plum sauce was not nice.. Maybe they should stop making their own sauces.

Went for wing night and it was ok. Was brought the weirdest honey hot wings, they werent honey hot, then when asked for honey suicide the wings were even milder somehow? The server girl was all stuttery and nervous so i felt bad and just ate my wings lol.

Friendly staff, great food. Not crazy about the change in the ribs. Also not a fan of mice running around on patio during summer evenings.
