McDonald's

Chefs/kitchen are awful constantly getting burgers that have been elbowed or smooshed down like a piece of paper and absolutely covered in sauce. Window people are great and friendly.nnUpdate: I come here almost everyday as it’s the closest location to my work place and “cheap”, they have yet to get a single order correct kitchen or provide any quality towards the food they are making.

Whoever has been making my grilled chicken bacon deluxe sandwiches on Saturdays lately, I LOVE YOU. It's been so long since I've asked for my order and not been at least slightly disappointed, to the point where I stopped getting it, but they've been perfect these past few weeks. I take them out of the box and they look like they belong in a commercial. The crisp of the bacon? Perfect. The amount of strips? Perfect. The chicken? Perfect. The lettuce? Perfect. The ratio of everything on the sandwich is PERFECT.nnYou have reignited my love for my favorite McDonald's sandwich. Keep being you, friend.

Why am I polite? Why do I try so hard to make this easy on them? Essentially - Why do I care when your employees clearly couldn’t care less.nShame.

I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald's location. I specifically ordered fries, cold drinks, and a cheeseburger with no meat, and I even repeated clearly to ensure the fries were fresh and the burger had no meat due to dietary restrictions ,still I was served a burger with meat, and the fries were ice cold, as if they had just come out of the freezer — definitely not fresh.nnTo make matters worse, the manager on duty was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to explain the issue. There was no apology or effort to correct the mistake. I expect better from a brand like McDonald’s, especially when it comes to honoring specific food requests and showing basic customer service.

The play place was great for the kids! I ordered food through one of the touchscreen order stations and when they prepared our meal trays, a staff member offered to help bring one of them to our seats. A great experience to say the least!
