McDonald's

I avoid this location as much as possible. It’s super close to my house and my son loves nuggets so I have no choice. Every time they miss something and take super long for the most basic things. I worked there 15 years ago and it was never this bad. If you want to wait longer then you should then have fun.

It's hilarious... I have yet to receive a complete and/or accurate order from this store. Its become a running joke. Missing a bun off a burger. Receive coffee instead of tea. Cream instead of milk, the wrong food entirely. Cold fries. Missing items. Making me pay for an item when they are fully aware that they didn't have it I'm stock. I got oatmeal with no fruit or maple sugar. And the cherry on top, the waiting times. 15, 20, 30 minutes just for a coffee and a muffin. Clearing orders off the screen when their not complete. A lot of hungry and upset customers... Whatever this new system is, it needs to be re-evaluated immediately.

I don't live close, so this is the first time I've been to this location, but Marci (she said her title is hostess) made this visit. She clearly cares. From assisting seniors to their tables, proactively recognizing a customer with an issue BEFORE the customer even figured it out, to dissolving the sugar in my refill by swirling in a bit of coffee before topping it up. It's the little things that make one McDonald's stand out from the others.

Sat in line in drive thru for 20 mins at 11:15 pm for 2 combo meals... no special orders. Finally Got it... food was cold. Women at window played oblivious to my questions as to why it was taking so long. Asked for my receipt so i could complain and didn't get it after being told it was in bag. Will never eat there AGAIN!

On my go for the coffee which is far better than Timmies now. Would not eat here.
