McDonald's

I recently visited my local McDonald's, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking my order quickly and accurately.nnThe food was hot and fresh, exactly what I expected from McDonald's. My fries were crispy, and my burger was perfectly cooked. I also appreciated the speed of service – even during a busy lunch hour, I received my meal promptly.nnOverall, this McDonald's location exceeded my expectations with its excellent customer service and quality food. I'll definitely be returning for my next fast-food fix!

This location is constantly understaffed. If you are ordering take-out or drive-thru, always check your order before leaving because there is almost always something that has been done incorrectly and you need to go inside and ask them to fix it. Depending on the time of day the kitchen staff don't seem to care at all about how the food looks and I have received some pretty disgusting orders.nnEDIT: I had to come back and say more because it's actually extraordinary to me how little the people at this location care about what they are doing. Whoever puts cream cheese on the bagels here is brain dead. This is what it looks like every single time. In what world is that acceptable?

The kitchen crew need to spend a lot more time on quality and presentation. They literally threw my filet o fish in the carton without any thought. Not only was it disgusting to look at, but it was also impossible to eat. The sauce was everywhere!nnThe rest of the food wasn't that bad, but this sandwich definitely left a foul taste on the whole experience, both literally and figuratively.nnCome on guys, there is no way you could possibly think was acceptable to serve a customer!

My favorite McDonald's. I go through the drive-thru a few days a week for my cup of tea or a cold drink. The staff are unfailingly cheerful and pleasant; kudos to the management for developing such a great team.

If you can go to ANY other mcdonalds in the area, do it. Every time I order, the food is wrong. I have gotten a burger with no patty, the complete wrong order multiple times. Out of the 10 times I have gone there, 9 times there was something wrong, the other time, the food was super cold. The photo shows my regular big mac.. the mcdonalds up guelph line is fantastic though..
