Burlington Upper Middle and Guelph line location is one several Sgro Family McDonalds in the Burlington and Oakville area. Not one of their cleaner locations as washrooms and patio walkway require attention. Walkway is considerably stained black from pop in garbage bags and spills. Service is generally good and store is very busy. McDonald’s needs to get a better handle on the supervision of the high school students as they are noisy, rude not all of them but the majority of them kids bring in their bikes and scooters which should not be allowed. Destroys furniture and clogs up the lobby and someone is going to trip over them, students should lock them up outside the store. This is not their home but a public place for everyone, not just the students with bikes. It’s also a danger to seniors. In addition the young guys care often found hosting in the cessation, behind the kitchen

The orderliness of this location is poor. Couldn't print out receipt from self service kiosk because there was a 'printer error' so I couldn't even determine my order #. I advised an employee, did not see it fixed during my visit, causing the same issue to happen over and over. There was a giant spilled drink in the middle of the floor for the duration of my visit. I witnessed multiple employees walk around it, no one cleaned it during my 30 minute visit.

I go through this drive thru location 2 mornings a week. They DO NOT stir your coffee most days. I order 3 milk 2 sugar. When I call to complain the manage is always sorry and advised that I can bring it back and get another that's an inconvenience I tell them I just want my coffee stirred. So now when I order I specifically say please STIR the coffee and I still get it sometimes not stirred. However the lady that is there everyday that takes your payment her name tag says Kathy, she is simply LOVELY, FRIENDLY,CARING I enjoy seeing her each time I come through the drive thru . Thank u Kathy for making my day until I pick up my coffee drive away the a sip and get passed iff

Happened on five occasions, both waiting in curb side and inside. Didn't say anything before cause I can understand being busy and whatnot.nnhowever, when my orders are stuff that are fairly quick to make and deliver like a simple cup of coffee, it should not take half an hour to a full hour for waiting time. The other times I did order inside with kisok, I did notice staff more or less slacking around and stopping cooking mid-way through for a laugh with each other or chatting it up.nnGenuinely think either the policy needs to be revised, or staff team need a complete clean slate and rehiring for more competitant and reliable people.

Waiting 20 mins for food through drive thru honestly most I’ve ever waited for fast food. All that was said was sorry for wait not even nothing offered to rectify the situation, honestly worst experience I’ve had, I know the service industry and this was definitely handled poorly!
