Ichiban Sushi House - Japanese and Korean Restaurant

Found this place when our old favourite Sakai was closed on a Monday but we still really wanted Sushi. From the street it looks not too fancy but inside it is very nice and the staff are warm and friendly hosts. The Sushi here is very good. Much better than any all you can eat place in the area and as good as other higher end sushi places I've eaten at across North America. I cannot comment on their other menu items personally because I just love their sushi too much (and so do my kids). Overall the lunch menu is the best value. I drive all the way from Waterdown to get Sushi here. Good sushi and fair prices for the quality. Highly recommend if your looking for Sushi in Burlington. You won't be disappointed.

The best Japanese restaurant in Burlington. Without a doubt. Best food, friendliest, easiest parking, cleanest (rest rooms are sparkling); hard to go wrong. I shouldn't tell you any of this, it might make it harder for me to get a nice table, LOL.

My family and I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is really good and the prices are good, but most importantly the service and staff are super friendly. They are attentive, and they noticed my wife was pregnant and made sure there was no raw fish in the dishes we ordered. We've been here about a half dozen times and they are consistently excellent. I highly recommend eating here.

Fresh. Tasty. Great portion sizes. Biiiggg. This is the Monster Roll. I also had the 'Rock and Roll' a unique roll wrapped with cucumber instead of rice ( 4 large rolls).

Consistantly fantastic food and fantastic service. Much better quality than the all you can eat places. Quick lunches and great private rooms for more intamate dining experience.
