Philosophy:

Wow worst service EVER. I just called to put aside a top saying I was 15 minutes away and the girl saying it was no problem . The second I get there after driving, the first chubby girl at the cash tells me it was actually defective that she was gonna call me back. Then I go up and the blonde girl tells me that “sorry we just sold it 2 minutes ago”. SERIOUSLY!?! Actually trying to lie to me too!!!! What a joke. Worst customer service EVER. I hope whoever owns editorial hires smarter more ethical girls. The downtown one SUCKS.

Just went to dix30 , I just witness two of the most rudest and racist people I’ve ever encountered . They would give us some nasty looks over the shoulder because we were talking in Spanish , they ignored us the whole time we were there , when obviously there was no one else . When we went over to pay .. one of the employees threw over the counter our shopping bags . I hope that someone sees this and does something about it or I will gladly go to ‘’  le bureau de la protection du consommateur ‘’. The employees were : the blonde girl named Alexandre and the second one was the Asian girl with black hair tied up in bun

Went to the one in carrefour laval and witnessed some of the most snobby and rude employees. I called to complain about my experience and the manager is was really kind and professional about it. Definetly wouldnt recommend simply because of the horrendous costumer service.

Editorial carries really trendy clothing for women. The staff is nice and was willing to help my friend and give advice on the items she was trying on. The space is really small and get kind of busy on the weekends, but certainly a cool place to check out if you like streetwear.
