Chabaso Bakery

I do not advise anyone other to apply at Chabaso to work. This company not only ignores it's inner issues of racism amongst the Purto Rican and African Americans employees treated biasedly; from their Mexican co-workers, supervisors and managers. In workings with the staff agency, STAFFWORKS INC, these companies look to pull anyone who isnt AWARE of state labor laws and wrongful terminations, yet if they have a green card, the better it works out for Chabaso. This company uses, abuses their power, and wrongfully terminates those they feel don't fit "their Chabaso family"...beware

Great bread I have tried the olive, what and grain ciabattas and they are all good. If you buy from here it's much cheaper than in the store. They also do some small pastry items which are good as well

This place is for the most part, a bread factory. They do have a small retail are in the front of the building. Great bread, terrible store attendant... Mean old lady.

After completing the Christopher Martin 5k in New Haven, I was lucky enough to have stumbled upon the booth your bakery had set up. Fresh ciabatta sticks were being grabbed by everyone. I was fortunate enough to be one of the people who walked away with the most wonderful ciabatta I've ever eaten. I will absolutely visit your bakery, which until today I didn't know existed. If the rest of your baked goods are as good as your bread, I will be a regular customer!!!
