Ceramic Café Studio Montreal

After a long tiring meeting day, I was heading up to my Airbnb apartment late night, and right beside it I see this very welcoming Cafe and I couldn't stop myself to stop by and have a cup of tea. This is my first visit in Montreal and I will never forget my splendid customer service experience in this cafe. I was given a wonderful company by a Cafe server that night who suggested me a cup of nice warm green tea, a sandwich, and a tastiest piece of dessert which I enjoyed every bite. I will never forget the introductory conversation we had about the Cafe and Montreal. I personally want to thank her again for a wonderful time in Cafe. I found this a very unique Ceramic Cafe Studio which has a huge collection of white raw pottery and figures, and right on every table are paint bottles and brushes to paint on them. I think it's a great place for family and friend to enjoy. A very nice and clean place that will make you feel like home, especially sitting by the window at late night! I will definitely visit again once I visit Montreal.

A fantastic cute (and almost therapeutic place) for a chill date! Basically it is a cafe where you can paint your own ceramic tableware. They have plenty of plain/unpainted tableware/pottery design on their second floor. Each one has a price tag at the back, usually around 10~25$ depending on the size. You then take the one(s) you would like to colour downstairs, there will be staff who will help you kick start. The final price you will be paying is the pottery price + studio fee (8 bucks per person if you finish within an hour, 12 bucks if you exceed 1 hour). I will say give yourself a good 2 hours unless you are just painting something small. You can also order food and drink while doing the coloring. Your finished product needs a week to be completely baked and glazed. If you're in a hurry, ask if they can do a rush order. I ordered rush with an additional fee of $5 and they were able to finish it in 2 days!

Nice experience overall. Friendly and helpful staff. I find it pricey and you won’t go there for the food, I can tell you that.

Can be quite expensive for the piece of ceramic itself. It's ok as an experience once in a lifetime. Can be very expensive as a regular activity. The quality of the final product could be better for this price as there are slight flaws in the baking process. Nice for creating a piece of art to take home for once in a lifetime. If you want to do more of it, I suggest you do it your own home.

Love the place and the experience. Always have nice pieces to paint and lots of colors to choose from. Very pleased with this place. Will be going back for my 3rd time, but I have noticed every piece of pottery has gone up about 2-3$ each , i find this expensive considering we also have to pay for painting time.
