Good gym facility, friendly staff. The majority of the clientele who go are friendly and respectful. Feedback for improvements I would give is: 1. Have more than one leg press machine 2. I think it would be helpful if time limits were imposed for the Olympic platforms. The reason I say this is there has been a few times where from the beginning of my 60-minute workout to the end the same people have been using the platforms. It is not fair at a standard gym like this for people to utilize it like an OLLY lifting gym. There are many gyms such as Evolve where they have 10+ platforms to accommodate for people who do powerlifting or OLLY lifting.

The pool staff and reception are always great! The swim facilities are always clean and tidy. Haven't had any issues yet going 6x/ week since the spring. Keep up the good work!

The nice thing about this facility is that there are very few people lifting weights here as the demographic consists of primarily older adults. This means that weightlifting equipment is almost always available, but cardio machines are occupied at a higher rate. However, that means that the lifting atmosphere can be a little underwhelming because you'll often be the best lifter in the gym. Their rates are great for children, students, and seniors, but it seems like the average joe's are making up for that by paying more than you would at a similar-caliber facility.

Great gym, friendly staff, lots of space and I love the open large windows. The only thing I wish is there was a vending machine for tampons in the womens washroom and a womens barbell 35lb barbell most gyms I’ve been to have one and I am very small/short and it’s hard for me to lift the standard ones out of their storage and move it around.

Really welcoming place. Kudos to the two gentlemen that were at the front counter this evening Dec 09, 2022. Very friendly and professional. They gave all the answers to the questions I had.

I have been a member and volunteer at the YMCA on and off for years. I love the welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. The facilities are clean and up to date. Recently the quality of the Adult Group Fitness Classes have gone way down. From my recent experience there were teachers that we're not teaching the proper technique, doing a different number of reps on each side of the body and classes feel like they are thrown together and don't flow. If you're looking to go workout on your own then I would recommend the facilities but for the price of a membership you can get much higher quality fitness classes elsewhere.

Programs and staff are great but allowing people to walk around the pool in their outside shoes is pretty gross and dirty!

I have to travel for work to AB and I practice olympic weightlifting. I was thrilled to see lifting platforms and bumper plates at this Y.

Been to this facility for the drop in Parented Lil' Dippers class. I'm extremely satisfied from the moment you walk in the atmosphere feels like a community. Front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about programs, membership etc. Change rooms are the cleanest I have ever seen, they have tons of lockers available. The private change room is extremely helpful. The baby pool as I call it is terrific. Temperature is very comfortable and my daughter who's eight months loves it and the activities the instructor provides. It's nice going to a place where everyone is friendly and seeing classes with young and older. Highly considering a membership to take advantage of all the awesome programs they have listed.
