Patti Proctor is an award-winning REALTOR® who has lived in Edmonton her whole life. Patti enjoys sharing her love of this city with current and new residents alike.

Patti has lived in a variety of Edmonton neighbourhoods, including Laurier Heights, Riverbend, and the University neighbourhoods of Belgravia, Allendale and McKernan, so she knows firsthand the strengths and weaknesses of each area.

Always socially-minded, Patti believes in giving back to her community. She has served with her local community league and the Edmonton Realtors' Charitable Foundation. As well, a portion of every commission that Patti makes is donated to charity.

Patti works hard at not just being a great advocate for her current clients, but also in keeping a great business relationship with past clients as well. REALTOR® Chris Proctor was born and raised in Edmonton. His familiarity with the neighbourhoods of Edmonton stem from living in this great city for his whole life. Chris spent his early years living in the University of Alberta area and earned his Bachelor of Arts there in 2008.

Chris Proctor has been a REALTOR® since April 2009 and continuously strives to learn more about every aspect of the industry. Chris also understands the importance of local businesses, whether it’s buying local, using local services, or eating at locally owned restaurants.
