We’re a young family with a 1-year-old toddler and we really needed to upgrade from our 2 bedroom rental to our first home which we envisioned to have 3 bedrooms. IN JUST 3 WEEKS ,Abhi helped us score a move-in ready house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a double attached garage, and an all season deck in a prime location in SE Edmonton. I really appreciated how Abhi went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process. He frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. The best realtor in Edmonton. We moved from Lethbridge to Edmonton recently and Mani’s team did an awesome job for us by helping us to find a suitable family home for us to buy. When we first met himon the phone we explained the type of house we are looking for and within few hours his office got back to us with various options of houses located in nice neighbourhoods of Edmonton. When we found the right house Mani did excellent and thorough job explaining everything in the house to us in full detail. After we moved into the house his team also continue to follow up with us to ensure everything in the house is working to our satisfaction and to make sure we are doing fine. His communication with clients is superb. If you want to buy house in Edmonton and you want a smooth and easy process this is the right team to approach.

Sandy was patient and made herself available, our schedule is crazy and she was very accommodating. As a first time home buyers, we were not sure from where we should start. We met with Sandy and explained our requirements. From starting she only showed us homes which matched our conditions, and we really liked it. She helped find any imperfections in the homes we viewed; therefore, we knew what we were up against. She didn’t try to encourage us to buy something that would not work for us and when we made our decision, she helped us to get the price we wanted to pay. we are truly grateful for all of her help.

I personally don’t recommend to anyone to buy the property through them specially when the builder’s name is Ashk knda. He is using very cheap material. I bought the property through them last year and its still under construction. Builder really don’t care about anyone. And realter don’t really have proper knowledge either. My crosschain fence was broken befire I bought the property and this realtor suggested me that this is the city responsibility to fix it. When i have called city they said its buider house owner’s responsibility to get it fix. Now the builder is saying its developers responsibility , after i digg out who is the developer , as per them its totally builder’s responsibility. And the buider is refusing to get it fix. Technically realtor sahil verma ans azra should guide us at the time of purchase which they don’t any idea who gonna be responsible for this repair. lack of experience. Lots of another repairs and construction is still pending after one year of possession. Builder used such a low and cheap quality material. Our washroom lights cover got rusted even 1 to 2 month approximately after possession and many more thing. I Don’t recommend them. For Azra bagga and sahil verma
