My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Ryan McCann from Maxwell Polaris / Real Living! We called him specifically as he had experience selling unique properties like the home we had in the West End, which he ended up selling for exactly what he told us he could. We were so impressed we decided to sign him as our buying agent as well, and within 3 weeks we'd found a new home for our family!  Some of the best features of working with Ryan:  1. Professional, while still maintaining a healthy sense of humour and light-heartedness. 2. Market priced our home accurately and economic knowledge, ie, sell and buy a new place before interest rates go through the roof like they did. 3. Strong negotiating skills 4. He really made us feel like we were his only clients, despite having a packed work load and client roster.  Cons: 1. The photographer could have taken better pictures of the home we sold.  All in all, despite the stress of selling & buying a new home, Ryan did a great job of listening to our needs and trying to align all of it with market realities, on both the sell and buy side.  I've already recommended Ryan to several friends and will happily keep sending anyone who needs real estate services to him and his team!

As a brand new Realtor I was worried and anxious I would not have the training and support I would need to be successful in Real Estate. Our broker has always been available at all hours to answer my questions and genuinely cares. Other Realtors in the office have also been super helpful and supportive.  I am well on my way in creating the business I want and achieving my goals.

Best real estate brokerage in western canada

Great Facility for Realtors. A lot of office space & room to do consultations. From a Realtors stand point I think Polaris has one of the most ideal locations if you are facilitating transactions all over the city.

The support from the broker, and fellow agents is amazing. The brokerage is more a family than an office.
