I like this centre because it has everything you need for planting! Huge selection of flowers, fruit plants and veggies in addition to indoor plants for home, all plant products, pots, utilities and staff are very friendly! The only thing I dont like that its more expensive than other places! I get my plants from there for example but products and pots from other places as they could be more affordable.

Centre de Jardin de Brossard has been my go to place since forever. Every summer, I would go there to purchase plants and flowers for my home. The plants are gorgeous as always but i will deduct points due to this incident. Last Saturday around 4pm, I went to Centre de Jardin Brossard hoping to pick up a non-toxic plant since i have pets. I am not a plant connoisseur and I needed some guidance on which plants would be non-toxic. The staff member was in a rush and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. I simply asked her if she knew which plants were suitable for pets and she responded to me in a condescending way and she seemed quite defensive saying that there’s a lot of variety and I should look at it by myself. She suggested this flower plant and when I Googled it, it was toxic for pets. I would rather that she be honest with me and tell me that she didn’t know. Secondly, I told her that I had a plant that had some small white insects on it and wanted her suggestion on how to treat it or if I should throw it..she said, you should throw that plant first before coming here. I was quite offended and told her I live far and it's not easy for me to come here. She said okay and walked away. She could of provide a better customer experience by saying that I should buy a new plant once I throw the old plant away. Most customers are not plant connoisseurs and we really rely on the staff to guide us and give us advice. I didn’t like the non-friendly/professional service and will not be asking her anything if I see her again. Quite disappointed even though it may not be intentional.

Love this place. Nice layout to shop. So many perennial flowers for my tiny front yard. The clay pots and plastic pots are nice, good selection. Staff is friendly and easy to find one to help when you need. We will come back for more flowers and plants.

Love this garden centre, could spend ages there. It is bigger than it looks with a huge assortment of indoor and outdoor plants, from seasonals to succulents, there is something for everyone. I visited one busy Saturday afternoon for a diagnosis of my orchid who has been very sick recently. The staff who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, despite it being busy, he gave us his time and attention to explain everything in detail. They have every garden product you can think of which are all very good quality, a little pricey though they have many special offers which are a bargain sometimes. Overall, definitely one of the best garden centres in Montreal!

So many varieties and prices are good! Staff are friendly and the place is tidy.

Plants are all taken care of well well priced with occasional sales and they have a nice selection of garden accessories. Unfortunately their pots, planters, and stands are all on the expensive side so I would never get those here.
