Lengthy automated phone with tons of options but if they're all busy, they end by automatically hanging up on you. If you're too busy, say it eight away and hang up rather than waste 3-4 mins of time on the phone.
It's much better showing up in person but even then it is way too small of a space.
Dealing with the people in person once you're finally there isn't too bad and they're all generally pretty informed on whichever subject you talk to then about which is impressive and cannot say the same for the phone service.
Parking is a nightmare there even though there's tons of parking, you're just not allowed.
Besides all that, the organization itself is pretty important and does some good stuff but it's confusing, frustrating and difficult to follow all the different elements of either being a worker or an employee. Now that I'm an employer it's even more difficult and confusing.

Quite honestly the most backward and corrupt system to grace Canada. Licencing is such a nightmare that businesses avoid Quebec and most everyone in the construction field does or has done work illegally simply to avoid this nightmare of a system.

Un vrai cancer pour l’industrie de la construction, votre existence fait en sorte que les entrepreneurs ont l’impression de se faire voler par leurs employés et vice versa, quand en fait, la réalité, c’est qu’une bande de fonctionnaires-voleurs fraudent autant les entrepreneurs que les employés... Je ne trouve pas normal qu’il me coûte plus de 80$ par heure de travail pour payer mes employés, quand l’employé ne reçoit même pas 20$ par heure. Entrepreneurs et employés de la construction, unissons-nous contre les véritables fraudeurs, il est plus que temps que les Québécois(es) se réveillent...
