Called for a simple question on general information regarding on the job training and apprenticeships, the rep couldn't have had a worse attitude the second she picked up the phone and made no effort to address the question or direct me to an appropriate resource. Not knowing is fine, the attitude for a simple question is unnecessary, the lack of any effort for the whole purpose of your team's existence, poor service to say the least.

Absolute joke of an organization. Never holding their professionals accountable for jobs done poorly, and they try to pretend like they want to protect consumers from their landlords doing renos. I guess there's no limit to their idiocy.

No service risk to never contact any one

The person I spoke to helped me in less than 5 min and the waiting time was less than 15 min! Great improvement since my last call with them
