Terrible service. It's so hard to get in touch with someone to talk to. I recently moved to Quebec from BC and although I submitted my taxes under the BC law, CRA sent me all the information in French. Isn't it Canada? The official languages are English and French. I'm missing my NOR I can't get it. So sad that this agency is not working properly. What a shame!

First of all, this is not a Passport Centre, despite signs inside saying it is, also my GPS told me to come here. The fat uneducated security agents lied to our faces and said this was a Passport Canada office. I was later informed by a nice lady who works there that this isn't it and that the guards had lied to me, which happens a lot here. Very unpatriotic for a government building. Gang de menteurs!

Horrible service. Feels like USSR bureaucracy. All agents are unavailable during the time which we need tax information. Their phone service will not work with smartphones(because it's 1998 or something?). Impossible to get online account confirmed during tax paying season. Absolutely dreadful incompetence all over. Shame on this institution. Embarrassed to pay taxes for this.
