I leave this office to order my son's birth certificate. The offices say they are closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and I arrived there at 11:30 a.m. knowing the time constraints. I figured I would probably wait another hour and I was ok with that. There was no one there few people were waiting and although the 2 men who served me were nice him at the reception and the other agent they kept looking at the time and subtly made me understand that they closed at 12 p.m. The agent even looked up when the receptionist asked him to take me to his counter.nnThe super nice agent suggested that I continue to fill out the form at home, etc. even though he had started to do so. It was super respectful but on the one hand, I was there to resolve it directly.nnI refused and we completed everything on site. I left at 11:50. The office closes at noon.nnWhy so much pressure? I understand it's getting close to dinner time, but it's a service you're providing. Have a good time

He was there 8 times and no contest! It's horrible to see if you dispute the phone.nI called 8 times and no one answers! I know it's really horrible, they never answer!
