The campsite is really charming and humble. I stayed there for a night and Valerie is a very kind and generous manager.
I unfortunately had a minor accident and Valerie went above and beyond to assist me. They have my business whenever I visit northern Cascades again.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone in search for a quiet campsite close to northern cascadez

This place saved us when it can e to our situation . We were living off the grid and did not have access to showers or laundry services well this place has both . Val was very friendly and always welcoming when we were there . Thank you ! see you in the spring ! ps I always seen people pulling trout out of the pond and wished I had brought my rod !

Can I call a campground rough and sweet? We stayed there in a tent summer of 2016. Everything in region was booked up, and we found this place. Ended up being perfectly a fun, albeit quirky, overnight stay.
It seemed more a park with permanent residents in big old RV's. There was a zone for tents, and we were probably its first tent dwellers in awhile. Let me stress all the people were totally nice. Working class folk. When my son and I played the mini-golf course...and we were proudly celebrating his hole in ones...the residents walked by totally enjoying our fun and encouraging my son.
The place is old ....and totally cool. Old unique stuff. See the photos I submitted here for the place.
We may be back someday.
