Thai One On

Love the food from this place. Consistently good. Devil beef is my favourite. My only wish is that they had a location in Mississauga. I drive halfway across the city to order from them!

Very nice people. People mostly do take out it seems, but there are a few chairs. Gave us free rice because the coconut rice was taking too long. Fresh, fairly priced, and yummy.

I still tried them again and I'm updating my review so this part of my review is new- Foods ok . The staff is honestly horrible for customer service, never smile, never recommend anything , they're just order takers and always rush you and give what to many of us seem like dirty looks... I don't know why the owner has not cared to improve this part of the business. Your staff is the face of customer experience especially in the food and hospitality. I have a nut allergy so I order without peanuts however They have forgotten twice and included peanuts so I couldn't actually eat my order BUT have gotten it right every other time for delivery . Lol Phone rapport has never improved. I don't think it will. I'm addicted to the veggie pad thai and stick mango coconut rice. BEWARE if you complain about something they just don't care, ignore you (including that the coconut rice melted the Styrofoam container to the bottom half of the rice which is toxic... and that we found 2 hairs in our food... ). The staff that answers the phone and is at the front is extremely rude. another customer was telling her she was rude on the phone while I was waiting for my order as well, she barely even looked at him or acknowledged him while I was in the restaurant. You guys need some SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING you are losing business because of your we don't need you attitude and frankly we don't like being treated that way as PAYING customers. dropped them to 1 star for service issues and quality. Still a 1 star due to service .

A regular at this place. Usually order the Chicken Pad Thai (noodles, tofu, chicken, a sprinkling of green onions and a pack of ground peanuts on the side), Spring Rolls (delicious, with the right amount of crispness, sold as 2, with sauce) and/or the Ginger Chicken (stuffed with chicken and a variety of different mushrooms, a few red peppers and a flavorful sauce). Note that each of these will feed 2 or can be used as leftovers (unless you're really hungry). It's a great place for takeout or delivery. It's not really a good place to eat in, since the tables are minuscule and if a crowd comes in to order, you're stuck with their hip in your face as they line up - or you're next to where the girls pack up the orders or by the bathroom. They have a few barstools in front which are good if you can get them. Tips: the menu has freebies when you order a certain amount, but it's only applicable if you're not buying a discounted item in your total. Also, there's a lunch menu which includes rice with things like the Ginger Chicken, or discounted items, but you have to pick them up. No delivery for Lunch Specials. Once you're acquainted with how they do this, it's usually no issue.
