Coastal Ford Burnaby

First of all I like to thank ms.Karen and Mr.Hash for the absolute world class experience. before I approached coastal ford, I've dealt with three other dealers, all located at the auto mall in North Vancouver. I always felt like I was being played and taken advantage of, that is until I entered the doors of coastal ford. First of all the staff were top notch, the door was opened for my mother and I by Hash, and the vehicle of my choice waiting at the door for me. after our long and thorough test drive, we where greeted by Karen, our financial adviser, to talk about the paper work. The only way I was going to buy the car was with a warranty, and not only did Karen present me with multiple options, she also explained to us thoroughly what is covered and what is NOT covered by the warranty plan. extremely on point, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make us a happy and returning customer. not only did I get the car I wanted for 1500$ less than any other postings in Vancouver, I also got a good deal on the warranty. but the most important part of this experience for me, was the fact that I was treated with respect and politeness, and that is worth the most to me.

Had a great buying experience at Coastal Ford in Burnaby. The sales staff I dealt with, Isaac, Brian and Tim, are knowledge about their product and their parts and service guys are gems. Made a trade-in and they gave me a price that I was very happy with. The whole sales process was hassle free. My buddy who went with me to check out the truck was so impressed that he ended up trading in his truck for a new one as well.

Coastal Ford is the BEST dealership I have ever been to! From the first moment I drove up in the lot, to when I was leaving with my brand new 2017 Mustang... my experience there was exceptional. Thanks to Tim, in financial, and Lorenz, in sales. They were great to deal with. Lorenz met me in the lot when I pulled up. His high energy and excitement really gets a customer also excited to buy a car there. All the staff are ready and waiting to assist you and make you feel special. They are all professional and friendly. I can't say enough about them... they were really great! Thanks so much!! 😁
