Caribou Coffee

Terrible experience.. I had an order of 3 coffees, 1 coco and 2 pastries. It took about 10 minutes for the coffees to get done I waited there for another 10 minutes and still didn’t have my coco or pastries. Went up to the counter and kindly asked how much longer it would be to get the last few things I ordered. A kind man got my pastries but still no coco. I waited another 8 minutes and asked where my hot coco was. A woman told me it will be out in a minute. Five more people who were behind me got their drinks. I was livid so I left without my coco. Definitely won’t be going back there!

Today there were five cars ahead of me and we sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting just to get to the window to order. The wait times have got increasingly worse over the last few years. I get that they are busy but there isn't much effort to get people through the drive through quickly or efficiently. Drink quality has also gone down increasingly quickly. One day I get one thing and the next it's completely different- even though I'm ordering the same thing every time. They need to reevaluate things at this store.

Pretty simple order... 2 hot cocoa, 2 mochas... Nope didn't get it right... 30 minutes later have our order and on our way

Nice service and good drinks. Removing a star because I ordered a bagel from the drive thru and they didn't even cut the bagel, let alone put the smear on.

Disappointed this morning. 15 minutes after offering my sandwich they finally put it in the oven. Coffee was watered out. This store used to be the best in Rochester......
