Staff were friendly and accomodating. They were sociable and gave plenty of recommendations and guidance towards getting the best order. The food in Firehouse, unlike Subway, is warmed up in steamers instead of a microwave. The bread is rolled through a large-scale for lack of a better word toaster oven slowly; however as someone who likes super crunchy bread I'm going to ask for the bread to be more toasted next time. I ordered a Pulled Chicken Breast sub and an Engineer sub no pickle. The chicken was a rotisserie chicken broken apart. The Engineer is tough for me to judge because I don't usually eat deli-meat, so I can't really speak on it besides saying that it was fresh and didn't taste bad. I would recommend for someone to ask for some sort of BBQ sauce on the Pulled Chicken Breast Sub unless you're a lover of mayo. The cookies were warm, had a great outside crunch while being soft on the inside. They weren't even too sweet either. Literally a perfect Chocolate Chip cookie. The brownie was good but the cookie FAR outclassed it.
First time trying this brand. You do get lots of choices and can custom order your sub. The portion is generous and price wasn’t bad either. Taste was ok but could be bit improved. Overall not bad.
As usual the Subs here come on FRESH buns, high quality toppings and meat that tastes straight from a deli! Dine In was horrible because their music playing on speakers cuts in and out THE ENTIRE DAY...Asked server to change music they said sure but didn't and it just continued to play scratchy music.....horrible.
Firehouse Subs will be in my lunch rotations from now on. I forgot how tasty their subs were. For lunch we ordered a Hero sub, chicken gyro and a meatball sub. All the subs were delicious. And forgot to mention how good and fresh the pickle spears are. All the staff were hard at work for the lunch rush. Thanks Firehouse Subs!
Absolutely delicious. It was our first time trying this franchise. Manpreet at the store front patiently helped us chose the right food that we were craving for. Toppings and bread were fresh. Also, this place is not afraid to fill your sandwich with loads of toppings. Must try if you are craving for a sub.
Although it is on the pricey side it is really good. I had the New York subway and it was worthy of every penny. I am Definitely coming back here. The service over all was fast despite being at the rush hour. The stuff was friendly and helpful. First impression was positive especially that the place was clean. They also have a side patio to eat outside. I think that is a great addition to the place. Try it out.
I went to Firehouse Subs a few weeks ago on the suggestion of a friend. I told the person cashing it was my first time there and she recommended the beef sub which I tried and loved it. The staff there is also great and I loved the customer service.
Great subs, and I can see why some are disappointed with pricing but to be honest this one of the best subs I have eaten. We were greeted as we entered the restaurant, nice staff, and the place was big. Ordered a large NY Steamer, and a large Engineer. These subs were fully loaded with toppings, they do not skimp on it. You're able to add or dip a wide variety hot sauces, ranges from 1 to 10 mild to hot; whatever your preference. Try the Blueberry Plague 7, the blueberry taste wasn't overpowering but the spice creeps up on you. Great place to eat with a group or by yourself. A definite joint to check out.
It's sad to have to give 3 stars to this location, but I'm torn about this review ... this is only the second time I've been to a firehouse franchise and the food was just as amazing as the first one we visited ! I'm not sure why the hours sign didn't say what time they closed so we were confused if they were even open at first ... we ordered our food and started eating and were quite enjoying our food when the staff decided to start cleaning the vents on the ceiling with a ladder and a broom stick while the restaurant had people in it ... they could not actually reach the ceiling vents so they were kind of poking at them with a broom covered in a cloth, which was crazy ... I heard someone mentioned something about an inspection happening or something, but still could not wrap my head around why they were doing that while us and others were in there eating ... even after they cleaned the first vent and chunks of dirt came floating down from the vent they did not stop and we just had their eating while watching fluffs of dirt float down and land everywhere ... they proceeded to clean off the top of the fridge and everywhere else it had fallen ... seeing as the other three vents on the ceiling were over the food prep areas we thought there was absolutely no chance they were going to try doing that while they were open ... but sadly we were extremely wrong ... we finished our food and promptly left ... even as we walked over to put away the hot sauces we were using as they were still cleaning and the person holding the ladder right beside the hot sauces just looked at us and did not say a word ... we got out of there as quickly as possible so as not to actually see them cleaning the two vents directly above where they prepared our food ...
First time trying Firehouse. Was excellent. Bit more pricey but was worth it. Work nearby..will be visiting again.
