Capital Subaru

I felt like they stand behind their product which is fine but didn't listen to what my wife and I wanted at all. I expect some wiggle room and someone that is looking for my business. Instead I had to wait for about an hour for an estimate that didn't reflect what was discussed. Sales reps should be able to access basic financing templates, because they can at Toyota which gives real time quick comparisons for financing.

I’m seeing a few 1-star reviews and am literally shocked! I have always received the best, most friendly service at Capital Subaru. Going into a business with children in tow, you hope staff will be friendly and accommodating with them as well. The sales team at Subaru went above and beyond. The quality of the vehicles speak for themselves; do a little research or talk to a Subaru owner and you will be convinced that Subaru is top notch. Read 1-star reviews cautiously, sometimes people having a bad day or an isolated negative experience can blow things out of proportion. Overall, a wonderful business, a welcoming spot, and a quality product.

On my second Crosstrek from Capital Subaru and love it. From Greg and Chris in Sales to Toby and Trevor in Service, the team at Capital Subaru is some of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered.

I have had my Subaru impreza for 4 years and love it but the service at capital Subaru is the worse I've ever experienced. Front counter personal are friendly but not always informed. I have had the most expensive service costs I've ever had to pay for truly terrible work done on my car. I've learned not to trust them in regards to properly torquing a tire. I let them Bill me for everything just to have a paper trail and then start pointing out that the repairs done were to mistakes they had previously made. I've had to complain to Subaru Canada just to get work done that was covered under warranty. I will never buy another Subaru simply because service here is horrible.

This is possibly the most friendly and helpful dealership that I have ever been in. I've used their service department solely since buying my car 5 years ago and have been consistently pleased with the service I've received. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else.
