Our recent purchase of our 2022 Ford Maverick to replace our 2020 Ford Ranger started off rocky but Simon and his team helped to remedy the situation and get us into our new truck that we can’t say enough amazing things about, it’s a comfortable and amazingly fuel efficient ride which is a must for a cleaning business owner! Our sales person Todd went above and beyond to make us happy and fixed any issues or concerns we threw at him quickly and efficiently. He was very responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt he was truly interested in what we had to say. I should however also say I did feel that our concerns with our previous sales person did go a little unheard but they did work to remedy the issue with our ordered truck and for that, we are very grateful. The biggest critique I have is educating staff on product knowledge and communication. We are happy new owners of our 2022 Maverick! Thanks Simon, Todd and the Cabot team!
I have been dealing with Jerry James Sales Rep since 2005, I have not purchased a vehicle from any other Dealership. Cabot Ford Team has treated me and my family as there family. Cabot has always looked after our needs when we had our vehicle in for service. The counter staff at service, Parts and warranty are top notch and ready to look after your needs., in a careering, friendly manor. Thank you Team Cabot.
Karlee went above and beyond providing excellent service that competitors couldn’t match. She informed me on many, many things that another rep at another location was not disclosing and it helped to make my purchase much easier. When the 2022s went out of stock, she quickly got me in to set up for a 2023. And better yet, she was able to get me lined up with a 2022 that fell off the rails. Cannot recommend Karlee enough!
Schedule appointment for a oil change. Notified at the end of the day the work was not completed. Indicated to the service rep that it was my work vehicle. He would do he’s best to resolve the issue. 7pm I got my van back. A brake light bulb I requested to replace was not done. I replaced a 99 cent bulb myself the next day. Next time I will just bring the van to a mr lube for a oil change so I don’t be without my van for a full day.
I was looking to get a smaller vehicle and get away from my current dealership had a VW Tiguan. My spouse has the F-150 and suggested I give Ford a try. I went in one evening for a look and purchased an EcoSport with the Titanium Package. The staff is amazing and I got my car in less than 24 hours! Matthew Hutton was my sales person and he made sure all my questions were answered and more! Darryl Palmer was fantastic with the financing. I would recommend Cabot Ford and go talk to Matthew!
Terrible experience after first time needing service on our vehicle. Vehicle was not fixed, made worst and when replacing a part they broke another part and then wanted us to pay for it. Telling the truth and taking responsibility when a mistake happens sometimes goes along way and cabot ford service department and/or technicians failed to do so in this situation.
The sales manager here is incredible! I had some small issues and the service manager contacted me and went out his way to make me happy ! Provided a vehicle multiple times without issue ! Very happy with Cabot ford !
Will never step foot in here again! Had our car brought in maybe 2-3 weeks ago for transmission problems and only after a couple days, had to bring it back in for the same exact problems we were noticing. They told us it was fixed for the second time and that same night I took the car up the street to go to the gym 5 min drive and noticed the exact same problems for the 3rd time. Finally after having the car brought back they told us it was a part that we needed to get and wait for, for what they said was 3, 6, even 9 months and that they had multiple of the same or similar cars in their back lot with the same problem waiting. By the time we’d get the part more of the vehicle would be seized up and we would need to spend more on repairing those seized parts. Had a meeting there regarding the car and one of the lead mechanics I suppose decided to turn around, be extremely rude to both my aunt and myself, and told us both that we WEREN’T bringing the car in for the same issues and implied we were lying and that the other mechanics were right just because they didn’t notice the same issues we were dealing with since last April and issued temporary fixes. To that I told them they weren’t the ones driving the car for the last year. Extremely unprofessional and I honestly lost all respect for not just the run around they had my mom on who owns the car that we needed for both work and because her and my younger sister have seizures but the way they spoke to us during the meeting and tried telling us we weren’t experiencing the same issues we’ve been dealing with over a year now. Will never get a Ford ever again nor deal with this dealership.
Jerry James was a fantastic sales consultant! Very knowledgeable and no pushy sales! Would highly recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
Exceptional Service. Sales and Financing staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely LOVE my new truck and more fuel efficient than our grand caravan. Couldn’t be happier.
