Always had great service. Own two Kia's now. You might be able to get it a little cheaper at your local independent but the service rates are pretty similar to anyone else around me. Always been very efficient and dealt with one repeat problem we had without charging for subsequent visits. No problem recommending this dealership!

**** -Resolution- I have to acknowledge that Penny Kia eventually offered to fix my leaking gas tank at no price. That was surprising considering the initial reluctance to provide any meaningful help. Very commendable though (hence my revised rating)! * -Unfortunate Precedence- For lack of better word, my current (and only) experience with Penny Kia can be described as "below the belt". The only reason why I ended up there was my belief that "branded" dealerships will have some integrity to protect - how wrong was I. A few days after buying a three years old Optima, my neighbor complained of gasoline smell outside my parking lot. How could a car that just went through rigorous inspection be leaking gasoline?, I retorted! My surprises were just beginning. Eight weeks later, my gas tank now on full discharge mode. Not only do I have to worry about terrible distortion of my drive-way, I have officially been conned. Regardless, I still had my belief that a "branded" dealership will be eager to fix this mess - wrong again. I took the Optima to back to Penny Kia service department where they confirmed that the car has; in their own words; a terribly rusted and leaking gas tank. Still unconvinced of what I was thinking, I asked the obvious question. How could a car with such level of rusted and leaky gas tank have passed vehicle inspection? Then came the message. Quote: "Your vehicle did undergo a full motor vehicle inspection and there was no indication of gas leaking. The motor vehicle inspection requires that we visually check for leaks. I realize it’s just nearly three months that has passed and you’re frustrated but sadly there’s nothing more we can do." That's not the surprise! I was quoted $1,400 + tax for ordering a new gas tank. After expressing my displeasure, Penny Kia offered to replace the gas tank for $800. Wao, very wonderful guys, you must be thinking. Having decided to move on, I approved the work,. The whole drama became clear to me when I later got informed that they were going to order a used gas tank for $800. Why would a "branded" dealership pretend they discounted the cost to $800 without clearly stating that they were planning to give me a used tank versus new? Well, this last question clearly provides an answer to earlier question - "why would a branded dealership sell me a car with a leaking gas tank?" I guess maximum profit supersedes business honesty. Sad to learn the hard way!
