Bought our 3rd vehicle from Chad & les at Keith’s. We bought a 2015 Cruze and on our way home we ran into some tech problems with radio no fault of dealership and the boys took great care of us. Highly recommend!

I filled out the online form late in the afternoon, and before i went to night shift I had a letter saying I was approved at "x"% financing. I got home and went to bed, and when I got up I had another letter saying I was approved for a better rate. I wrote back and said I'll be in for the vehicle as soon as my work week was done I live 6 hours away. I drove out and everything was ready and I was out of there within a half hour with my beautiful vehicle. Talked to my cousin and he asked when I was going to pick up the vehicle, and I told him I already got it. He said,"what?!"... Took him several hours to get his new Ram at the Chrysler dealership. He couldn't believe how fast and painless it was for me. Thanks, Chad, for having everything ready for me, and for the beautiful vehicle.

I recently bought an SUV at Keith Gordon's I was already very pleased with the friendly service and price. 2 weeks later service engine light came on it was a sensor, cheap part but a lot of labour. I contacted Keith and without hesitation fixed it absolutely free of charge. Keith, Les,Chad,Chris and others who's names I didn't catch sorry thanks for the excellent service.

We were looking for a good used vehicle at a reasonable price; visited Keith Gordon Auto Sales and met with Les Parsons. Very friendly individual and we were treated with respect from the moment we walked into the building. We would definately recommend paying them a visit if you are in the market for a good used vehicle at a reasonable price - no junk on the lot; visited several other used dealers in the surrounding area and none compared to the experience we had at this Company. All in all a great crowd to deal with!

Exceptional sales service, very helpful and straightforward. I had a minor issue but it was dealt with very quickly and professionally by the staff. Chad was great to deal with. Update- I was offered a gas card by staff as an apology for gas light being on when I got the car, was told to drop by and pick it up. I wasn't able to drop by unfortunately but the great staff sent it to me in the mail. Highly recommend checking out these guys if looking to buy or sell a vehicle.

Bought an older Volkswagen a little over a year ago, I thought I could trust a used lot because I have little knowledge about cars, but it has been nothing but trouble. Realized about 3 months after I purchased it that the wiring has major issues, and is not worth fixing due to the condition of the rest of the vehicle. They passed inspection with the horn not working, and I still haven’t even gotten a call back about why it was passed when I was I told they would call me back. I’ve had to replace quite a few parts that I was told had been replaced. Very unhappy customer and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.

Just brought home my new truck! My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles together and 2 other puchases from Keith Gordan Auto Sales. We have been very pleased with our dealings over the years and always felt that we were receiving great service. We would definitely recommend them! Great job guys!! We will be back!

The boys at KG were awesome. All friendly, helpful and accommodating. Not pushy or rushed and pretty laid back. There was an issue with my vehicle which appeared to be no big deal at the time, and I went against my best judgement and bought it anyway. The guys swore they would fix it, but coming from a "used car salesman", I took that with a grain of salt. The minor problem ending up being a major one that would cost about $1300 to fix. I bought the extended warranty but it would not cover the broken part. Long story short, the guys handled it for me in a kind, compassionate and professional manner. Who knew dealing with a used car dealer could be so painless. I can't say enough good things about these guys. When the time comes for my next purchase I will definitely speaking them first. If I did have one gripe with them, it would be that they would not allow me to take the sweet little shop dog home with me. Lol.. Appearently I'm not the first to ask !! Thanks boys, Rod
