"Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. This place use to be my 5 star spot now I’m not sure what they sell. I have memories of yoga teacher’s all around the store, now they just sell merchandise. Lost the vibe and feel. The store has lost my interest.
had a wonderful experience here with the morning staff. the evening staff however were nowhere near as helpful or kind, leaving me to fend for myself while I had loads of questions. the morning educator i was working with was absolutely amazing with helping find a bra in my size. she was thorough and so kind! the evening staff however didn't help me at all, and were too focused on assisting their friends that they were speaking to for long amounts of time.
My happy place! But the guy working in Polo Park is a bit rude. I was paying my leggings and underwear asking if I can have another bag because I paid over $250.Need to send it in UK as a gift for my sister because we both love lululemon. And confused to give me one. I was really disappointed and next time online shopping will be my option. Maybe because we're both Asian that's why he doesn't like me. You are working in a retail industry and you need to give above and beyond customer service.
Love the new design of the stores with plants and bright lights! It was very busy and crowded in here but I was still able to get help and find the things I needed which was nice. I would recommend making more room at check out for people to get by especially for when it’s busy. I will for sure be back love their clothes here, and their men’s line too - it’s very popular in our household! The staff was knowledgable and kind as well.
I bought 2 pairs of pants and had them hemmed. They shipped out to me. I can not find, track or get ahold of anyone and have left several emails and messages. This was December 28/22
Came at a very busy time so the staff were not very attentive or available, but was able to find what I needed quickly.
The best staff at this location. Mikey helped me find the perfect items, sizes and colours for everything i wanted and more. So grateful for his help and knowledge of the products.
Stopped in looking for a birthday gift for my wife, had no problem getting help considering I know little about the lemon. Dana helped me out, I bought too much stuff, overpriced though.
Had a fantastic experience at this location! I do not normally shop at Lululemon but decided to go in over the weekend to look for some gifts. The salesperson, Mikey, was so helpful and very friendly!!! He made finding gifts so easy and was very knowledgeable in the materials and such. Great experience!! Highly recommend this store! Staff is wonderful!!
Didn’t feel comfortable in the store, some of the staff seemed miserable and unfriendly. Definitely miss the old store.
