Forever 21

Bought a pair of pants, worn once and ripped in the front. Never washed, took them back to the Polo Park store and all I got was a "sorry, exchanges don't cover manufacuters defects". I'm not sure if the customer service or the quality of the products are worse. Five cash registers were available, only one cashier to answer phones and check out customers. Waited 20 minutes in line to receive my 'sorry'

Cheaply made clothes for cheap, as long as you stick to sales racks. Poor, slow customer service when I've been there. Music is too loud, feels like I'm being driven out of the store.

Their Sanrio and Barbie collabs are so cuuuute! However, this store still sucks, even after the bankruptcy! T-shirts still have weird sayings nobody in their right mind would wear, the store is still extremely unorganized, barely anybody on till, nobody on the floor. Can't find anything I came in for. Very low quality clothes, very uninviting store in general, pretty hit or miss. I personally don't recommend this place.

Lovely sales girls here, found an awesome dress for my birthday. I was helped by multiple ladies but I only got the name of Harti excuse my spelling the store was a little loud, she was very nice and helped me out.

I love the clothes and what not that are sold in this store but the customer service is awful . It’s this huge store and I’m always in line for over ten minutes because they have one cashier on , but yet you see tons of staff on but nobody jumps on the tills, it’s ridiculous. Do better ! You have the staff on the floor so why do they just walk by and ignore the customers in line .

Very good deals. Buy 3 for $15 and buy 1 get 2nd for $10. I could able to find some good clothes but you have to be very careful as these will be final sale and try to shop here only if you have enough time as there was some damages in some clothes I tried.

I was never told the clothes are final sale. It was my first time shopping at forever21 since they shutdown back in 2020. Other people who were rude were given the refunds, but I wasn't.

Took my little sister shopping here to buy some clothes for Christmas, as she's trying on clothes she calls me in the room to help her. Note: She's a child. There's a sign on the door stating "1 person in change room, exception if it's a child" I go in to help her, the blonde, short, filipino girl working the change room sees me go in and 5 seconds later I hear LOUD BANGS on the door. I open it and it's her and she says with attitude and so loud that everyone around can hear "YOU CANNOT BE IN THE CHANGE ROOM WITH HER" I go "She's a child". She looks at me as if i'm lying about that???? Then says rudely "Then I have to move you to another change room, that's bigger" Ummm what's the difference, the change room that we're in has enough room for 2 already. I tell her "it's not necessary as she only has 1 more item to put on" and she dismisses me... I have no issue with the change room policy but her approach. So unprofessional and rude... even my little sister was like what's her problem...? and that's coming from a child lol

Can't come here on a weekend because they never have enough cashiers and the cashiers they do have are slow and cannot manage the long line. Can't come here in the middle of the day either because they have no one at the tills again. Instead their staff will just stare and walk away while you are line. I bought a pair of pants, and they didn't even bother to take off the security tag. I had to remove it myself, causing tiny holes in my pants. My sister who I was with wanted to buy a skirt, but then was told she would have to go to West 49 in order to get the security tag off. She ended up NOT buying the skirt. Like whats the point?!?!! Why doesn't your store remove security tags or have the tools to do so. I don't get why this store even returned! Get it together!!!!

very satisfied with the price i paid for the quality i got. they always have very good deals and the material is well made
