The store manager is great. He exchanged my son's two day old shoes that weren't fitted properly at the st.vital location. Quade helped size my son's shoes properly and found appropriate shoes for him. They even sold me on a pair of shoes. I went from being an extremely dissatisfied customer at the st.vital location to happy and spending more money :) I would highly recommend this store and the sales associate Quade.

Now that I'm a bit less pissed just saying that Footlocker is the worst place to shop ever!! I went to order Jordan's in store for my son's Christmas gift on Monday hoping they would be in 3 to 5 days. Yesterday on day 5 I called to find out they didn't ship them because they didn't have them in stock!! Tf I pay for and wait for all week?? So I called customer service after the manager blamed them only to get $20 for the inconvenience to use AT the store and a rude guy on the phone saying I have to have my receipt in order to get my refund!! I was beyond mad I will never shop at that store again! Worst Customer Service!! GO TO CHAMPS!
