Had flat tire in same plaza. Went in and had to wait 2 hrs to be accepted for 15min job. Took them 1 hr to do simple tire change. Went home to put spare back on and winch was kinked and broken. Can’t put spare back on will have to order a new $95 winch.

Honestly nothing but great reviews! Today I was sin the store looking for a new winter coat and a guy named Ryan who was working in sports came over to help me with how picky I was and very helpful in finding me a good coat for the best price! Thank you Ryan! Much appreciated for all of your help.

Don't bother calling Napanee Canadian Tire with any questions, you'll spend 10+ minutes on hold in the middle of the day on a Thursday, I'm sure they were OH so busy.

Nice easy location. Could use a bigger fish tackle section as it's in a great fishing area. All in all has what I need.

I went to the Canadian Tire in Napanee, ON to get 4 new winter tires put on my 2012 Dodge Journey. First of all, they put the wrong tires on my car. I was given the quote for the tires and apparently they were truck tires. They didn't tell me that until the tires were put on the vehicle! I was also told at the same time that I needed 4 new struts, which would cost me over $1500! I was told that the two back tires I had purchased less than a year ago were garbage because the struts were done.
So, they fixed the problem with the tires and put on 4 brand new winter tires that fit my car, for the same price. But what they didn't inform me was that there was a rebate I was eligible for! I had to find that out by email notification a month later!
Something didn't seem right to me about the struts on such a young vehicle, so I went to our mechanic that we usually use and trust to get a second opinion. The problem wasn't the struts at all! It was the bushings, plus a wheel bearing and a couple of other things in the suspension area of the back of the vehicle ONLY, not the front. This did cost me $1500 to fix, however, if I would have went ahead and had Canadian Tire replace my struts for $1500 as well, this repair would have cost me over $3000!
To make a long story short, I have been told by many people since this happened that Canadian Tire replaces struts way too quickly because they are a good money maker. So please be cautious if they tell you that you need new struts, especially if its a fairly new vehicle.
I will never set foot in that Canadian Tire again
