Honestly been coming here for pet supplies and food for a few years now, and I've never had any issues ever. Not once. When food was out due to pandemic and orders weren't coming in like they use to, they helped me find food very similar in ingredients & price. They have charity draws etc, it's just really nice is all ^-^
I was more than a little disappointed on how expensive everything in that store is.. That said the people who work there are very kind .. for that reason I give 5 stars.. pricing makes me want to give 3.. but I know it's not their fault.
Their customer service is not adequate. They are unable to maintain stock of the food that they offer as a regular stock item. As such, I have on several occasions driven to Napanee only to be disappointed. Most recently, I had specifically requested 3 weeks ago that they have the item available, and provided my phone number to allow them to contact me. They didn't call, and upon arrival today, they shrugged and said: "too bad someone else bought the only bag that we ordered." Never again.
I really appreciated the passionate customer service. Great advice on all the brands of cat food. My new favorite pet shop.
Very helpful and very kind people. They also have a great selection for how small the store is. Can't recommend this pet store enough.
Almac pets is a great little store for all your shopping needs. They will allow you to bring your pets into the store while you're shopping for them. Stores very clean very tidy and has its own little Grooming Center at the buck. Staff are very friendly and courteous. They take the time to help you out and find the things that you need for your pets. The store is located in a plaza with an excellent parking lots. The stores also very trendy with new toys do treats and new products for your pets. I would definitely check out the store if you're looking for an alternative to the big box stores.
I love this place! They are so helpful and really kind. They try to help the animal community by fundraising and donating too The very best shop for my furry and scaly friends
Good selection of products, helpful staff as well. The store is opening a self pet wash station soon. It has 2 raised fully tiled tubs with leash attachments and a gated area, so your dog can't bolt. They provide shampoo, towels, apron and have blower dryers as well.
Very friendly and knowledgable staff, with a good selection of products and reasonable prices.
I love Cathy, whom works here. She's so friendly and knowledgeable about anything I've asked. She helped me when it came to my two shitz tzu/lapso also cross babies. They got tics and told me to go see her and she helped me so much. Thanks Cathy
