Cartronics Powersports Napanee

I had booked appointment to have two new ATV tires installed on the rims. Mentioned that I would wait for them. All done on the phone the day before. The next day, I took them in. just the tires and wheels After 1/2 hr. I realized they hadn't taken them into the shop, I casually inquired. The service/ parts rep. says, "they will be ready in a couple days". Again, I had to repeat that I had appointment and I was planning to wait for them as we live 40 mins. away. They were ready about 30 mins. later. Just need to make sure to be clear when you arrive. It would be helpful if the service/ parts rep. asked "will you be waiting or picking up later." Everyone's time is as important as the people working at Cartronics. To make things worse, the tire was flat when I got home. Turns out they NEVER replaced the valve stem. They left the old cracked one in place when installing the new tire. We all know that the weakest link is what causes things to fail. Very disappointed in the workmanship and integrity at this ATV shop.

We have bought Honda power equipment here and have used their service department as well and have always been happy. Recently, we made a purchase from the sales team and Jeff took such good care of us. I can not thank him enough for the wonderful service and attention to detail that got us looked after in a short period of time. I feel he went out of his way to make sure we left with a smile. I use cartronics as much as I can . Just recently I brought in my 2001 raptor 660r that had issues . When shifting into 4th the bike would quit . They fixed it and had it working 100% 2 days later . They went above and beyond hunting down parts for my 1983 Honda 3 wheeler and have always treated me good . Allison at the receptionist desk is always friendly in a great mood and always willing to go the extra mile to find that part you need . Bryan who works on the machines is very knowledgeable.

So I went on line..found a suitable generator for my immediate needs at camp. List price was 1309.00. So I called and talked to Jeff and said id take the companion version. They put a 220.00 mark up on it above MSRP..and said nothing which made it 1529.00 plus plus. If that wasnt bad enough..they didnt even fill it with fuel. I was all set to spend 20k on a new sxs..but I wont be buying from these folks..I can tell you that! Not a fan AT ALL!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! We were able to test drive one of the side-by-side vehicles on site, as they have a vacant field behind their building, complete with hills! A definite plus! Very busy business, which tells me they're good at what they do. I would most definitely recommend Cartronics Powersports of Napanee!

Change in my previous review. After a great conversation with the owner of this business she has made me a happy customer. She went above and beyond with calls and texts to make sure I recieved the parts required. Excelent professionalism and customer service provided by her!!!
