Garrow's Car Care Centre

Tim is the service manager. The best I've ever met in 50 years of driving. The mechanics here are also excellent. They do great work and do not overcharge or try and pad the bill. I trust them with both my wife's van and my car.

I had a very scary experience on the 401 going from Ottawa to Toronto on October 17 th with a horrible noise coming from the engine. I called Garrow’s Car Care and they said to come over. I was 10 minutes away and they took my car immediately and checked it all out. The noise was not from the engine, but rather the trim around the window that was unglued. They would not charge me for this. They noticed that my wheel was bulging and they suggested I should change it very soon. I was so impressed with their service and honesty that I asked them to change it. What a difference the car was no longer pulling to the left. I was much relieved when I got back on the highway and got home safe and sound. I would recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately they are a bit too far from Toronto, or I would make them my go to garage. Thanks Bob and Charlie and your whole team!!!! Sincerely, Maria Entwistle
