Walmart Napanee Supercentre

I went in to Walmart in Napanee to purchase 2 Roku TV's. I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me, and the young girl who showed up, didn't know a thing about TV's. I relayed my experience to customer service, and they didn't care one bit. Walmart, I'm done with you. Absolutely the worst service ever.

Although this is a smaller Walmart, I usually can find what I need for my family. They carry what they can for the size of the store, and I sometimes have to go to other stores to complete my shopping list. I find I do have to pick through the produce because it is often in bad shape or close to.nI have used the Garden Centre, Photo Centre and the Pharmacy with great satisfaction.nI have always had positive and kind interactions with staff.

Cyndi in the photo shop is wonderful!! I'm not good with computers and she always goes above and beyond to help me and makes whatever I'm doing with photos turn out perfect. Thank you for your time and patience Cyndi!nValerie

The grocery prices are comparable to No frills and Giant Tiger but buying over a week's worth of groceries there is a nightmare given how small their checkout counters are. It becomes a mad dash for the customer to bag their own groceries. It's utter annoyance compared to the competition.

There’s a terrible smell around this Walmart — it seriously smells like manure or poop. It’s really off-putting and makes the whole shopping experience unpleasant before you even get inside. I hope they figure out what’s causing it and fix the issue soon.
