Blue Star Ford Lincoln Sales

It was a pleasure to deal with their salesrep Virginia. She was extremely helpful in answering or seeking out answers to some of the questions I had about a used car. No pushy sales tactics- just genuine and very personable. I've dealt with plenty of sales people in 20+ car purchases over the years and this is the first one I've ever felt inclined to leave a review for. The auto industry needs more salespeople like Virginia!

My experience at Blue Star Ford was very Professional and the experience buying my new F150 Truck was excellent. I recommend this Ford dealership to anyone in the area of Norfolk county who might be interested in buying a new Ford vehicle.

I had a good experience with some staff but the manager mike was very unprofessional. They were unable to match a price I had received from another dealership, and mike went as far as to ask me “why don’t you just give me the f*#!ing price I’m asking for” as he was unable to match the other price I had gotten. I have never been treated with such disrespect by someone trying to sell me something. I will not be going back to blue star, and caution others, if you do deal with them I had great experiences with both Shane and Virginia.

The customer service I received at Blue Star Ford was hands down the best customer service you could imagine. Ian Craigie took the time to figure out what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs were instead of just trying to sell me a vehicle from the lot. I felt like the information I gave him was heard and he was on point meeting those needs. Ian was able to answer all my questions without hesitation and proved to be a very knowledgeable Sales Consultant. Blair Lewis from the finance department was also fantastic and worked within my budget limits and explained all the details. I had a recall done on my 2011 escape & it has been a problem ever since, took it back the same day , got to use a rental... a day or so after got a call it was fixed & told to make sure the gas on the rental was full.... picked up my vechile & it was doing the same thing don't get me wrong the sales department is amazinamazing! But if you need to get your vechile fixed..... GO Somewhere else! . 😞
