Canadian Tire

I thought I needed winter tires with the snowflake stamp on it. Turns out I have a MS stamp that means mud and snow. I didn't know that, and he could of easily sold me tires costing me $1000 for my truck. This is first class customer service in my opinion. I will definitely shop here more.

Had a big argument with a manager who was very unpleasant. Wanted to return my old battery to get me deposit back but they could not find me in the system. Got yelled at and called a scammer when it was their issue. Even showed my transaction on my bank account. Eventually had to call head office to find my transaction, they did and I didn't get an apology... If this is how you treat your customers then you won't have many more for long :/ Still would love an apology from that manager who works at the parts desk, she was absolutely over the top ridiculous.

Early this morning there were 2 customers in the store and 2 workers behind the counter.i stood in line for over 5 minutes while the lady in front of me was doing a return.why did the other worker check me through. It was was ridiculous,pay attention. It would have been nothing to help me out. I hate going to your store.
