Booked an appointment online for an alignment they called back saying they won't be able to do it because of potential rust ... Mechanics afraid of rust on a car in Canada ..this as to be a joke ..what kind of Canadian mechanic refuse to do a job because of rust before seeing the vehicle .... The kind of places who know from the start their mechanic are incompetent.... Don't send their mechanic back east they will refuse to work on cars still under warranty I joined a picture of the vehicle they refuse to do an alignment on because their mechanic might encounter rustnJust to point out this van is twin I-beam with kingpin so the only way to adjust camber is to bend the beam and caster you have to order new parts ..so in short I was only asking them to adjust the toe which they were to afraid to do because of potential rust
I wish I could give them 0 star for their unprofessional and racism behaviour. Lady named ‘Laurel’ working in the auto department speaking rudely and very unpleasant, if they can’t return items why it is written on receipt return and exchange within 90 days. If there is something ,she can explain the return policy in a professional manners instead of yelling on us. I don’t understand how these racist people become Managers. They should train to behave equally at first place.
I get all of my work done for my car here and the mechanics and service are top-notch and so friendly! The pricing is extremely reasonable and everyone is very honest, they are usually always able to get an appointment for you fairly quickly and the work is always done beautifully!
Poor return policy accompanied with no critical appraisals of new items, in the box. The customer is not made to feel valued or appreciated. It is very clear policy, over customer satisfaction is the priority in the Squamish location.
Tried to return a Noma extension cord $17.78 purchased by my wife 18 Jan 25.nThe lady at the returns counter was serving all customers as there was nobody at the main checkout. 11 in the morning.nShe asked for MY name and phone number. I handed her the paper receipt and my wife’s credit card. She said the card did not match the number on the receipt. I later learned my wife used her iPhone to pay. Refund declined.nHome Depot scans their product labels for returns and refunds go against the payment method. No hassle, no baloney.nCanadian Tire operates in the dark ages. My bad for thinking customers come first!
