Had a fantastic experience with Jim and his crew. Was able to help me out with a flat tire sidewall tear and get me back on the rd that day. Jim was outstanding to work with. He went the extra mile. 10:10 customer support. Give the man a raise!!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this store. A female staff member treated us in a way that felt discriminatory and unwelcoming when we were trying to purchase an item we needed. She refused to help us without any valid reason, and her tone and attitude made it clear that we were not being treated equally compared to other customers.nnAs a customer, I expect professionalism, respect, and fair service from all staff members—regardless of background, race, or appearance. What happened made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it’s not something anyone should have to go through when simply trying to shop.nnI hope Canadian Tire takes incidents like this seriously and ensures proper training is provided to prevent this kind of behavior in the future. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

I was at the store next door and needed to use washroom but they don’t have one, instead the staff sent me to Canadian Tire which I did.nWashroom is nice and clean and doesnt stink like most public washrooms. I ended up purchasing my stuff from them since they had everything i needed that the other store didn't have anyways. And they are pet friendly so i didnt have to leave my dog in the cold car.

This place is quaint very good and cheerie staff. Its clean it offers everything needed to finish or start your project check oht there flyier all kinds of sales and i recomend this place

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at one of your stores recently. I was trying to purchase charcoal, but the employee assisting us — a woman with black and white hair, wearing glasses and with light-colored eyes — refused to sell it to us, simply because we are not Canadian citizens. Her attitude and comments were clearly discriminatory and made us feel extremely unwelcome.nnThis kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a country like Canada that prides itself on diversity, respect, and inclusion. No customer should ever be treated differently based on their background, accent, or place of origin.nnI hope Canadian Tire takes this seriously and addresses such discriminatory behavior within its staff. We came to your store as customers, and we left feeling humiliated and disrespected.nnDiscrimination has no place in any workplace — especially not in one that serves the public.
