I booked an appointment to get my winter tires, but when I showed up at my appointment they just simply told me they did not have the tires. They blamed that their system and what they have in stock do not match. If they knew this problem, why didn't they just simply check their stock prior to the appointment and let me know? Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.
