I am writing specifically about my experience with the photo center. Vladimir took two sets of photos of our small children, for passport photos. He is extremely patient and friendly; I mean he is a true GEM of a person. We had passport photos done elsewhere and the people were hurried and the photos didn't meet the requirements. He takes his time and makes the kids feel at ease. Thank you so much Vladimir! 100% satisfied!
I went for my last visit to this Walmart on a recent Saturday. The store was very busy but there was not even one cashier to process my purchases I do not do self-checkout. The woman at customer service helped me but was obviously unhappy about it. Good thing I reached into customer service area to grab my receipt after the cashier walked off because one of my items set off the alarm as I was trying to leave the store. I was left crouching on the floor unpacking everything so the doorman could make sure I wasn't stealing anything. Goodbye Walmart.
There is no more cashiers. Self check out? Sure for a few items.. Do they really think we want to do a big shopping after a long day of work and have the do the cashier's paid job? No thank you. Id rather pay a little more somewhere else than having to work after work. I saw that poor old lady with a full cart having to scan and bag everything herself. I saw that mom with 3 kids trying to unload, scan and bag everything while looking after her kids. This is sad
Drastically gone downhill. Empty shelves with limited stock. Awful self serve checkouts. Shopping carts now require a Dollar. Can't take shopping baskets out of the checkout area. Overall frustrating, disappointing shopping experience. I recommend taking your business elsewhere because this store has implemented changes that are just terrible.
Like everyone else, I no longer grocery shop here. This Walmart has always been terrible with limited stock but now it is just a joke. It is all about money now, the prices have tripled and no more staff or cashiers. I won't support stores like this. I now drive to the city to Costco where a prices are still low and b lots of friendly staff.
Regular Walmart. A bit smaller than some. Nice view outside the building. Has the old style design at the front.
Terrible store! No cashiers on at all! Had to self check. I loath this. No way to get my purchases to the car. Baskets not allowed out of storeunderstandable Buggies all required a loonie. What if you don’t have one on you? No cashier to get one!!!! Poor poor poor. Won’t be back. What ever happened to Walmart??
90% of employees never smile or acknowledge you, they block aisle's with pallets & carts of stock so you cannot navigate store. Shelves are bare most of the time I understand some items are hard to find with covid. Overall the store has gone downhill in the last 3 years in customer service. It used to be a great place to shop not anymore.
Don’t go here for passport photos. They messed ours up - mine had shadows and my husband’s wasn’t stamped. We took a trip downtown to the passport office and queued all day only to be sent away for having incorrect photos. Really badly managed store, the poor staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing.
After 13 years of buying movies there the department has been abandoned for a month. Terrible service making people drive to the city to get their new releases
