Coastal Ford Squamish

I just wanted to say that I had such a great experience with the service department here. Been a ford owner for almost 20 years and these guys are the best. David, in particular, at Quicklane - shows so much care, is SUPER efficient, goes above and beyond to work around your schedule and get the job done properly and efficiently. You can tell he really cares about the customers and people who come here. In fact, I drove up to Squamish on a spare tire so that I could come here and see the folks at this location vs trying to solve my car issues in the city. 5 star review from this gal.

We left van that was under warranty with Coastal Ford to fix a number of issues for our commercial vehicle of which we explicitly outlined to the business. We were clear that the vehicle needed to be fixed in order to pass our commercial license. Three months later they return the vehicle to us, the airbag light is still on. In the three months they had our vehicle, we find it very hard to believe that they were unable to acquire a part for a 2015 model. Now our company has to rent out a costly commercial vehicle to replace our van that we are unable licence until the airbag issue is fixed. We tried to appeal to Coastal Ford to squeeze us in to repair the issue, but they were positive that there was no way possible for them to make any exceptions to service our vehicle for our busy season.

Graham and his team really went above and beyond our expectations when we took our car (not a Ford) in yesterday (Sat) for an oil change/servicing - we had no appointment. The service was well beyond what we have previously received at a high-end dealership/service centre in the Open Road area of Vancouver. We will be going back. NM

David is excellent, I got an oil change done including multi point inspection with tire rotations. Will definitely recommend others to see David for awesome customer service with competitive rates.

The service dept. has consistently exceeded expectations. Our vehicle is always out within the promised time frame, with clear explanations of any issues. Warranty work was explained and taken care of before we had even noticed an issue. I recommend this dealership because of the consistently high level of service received from service dept.
