Second to none in customer service! Had a fantastic experience with Matt regarding a vanity that was purchased. Had a few challenges, however what matters most is that Matt took care of every single issue efficiently and professionally. A good store that has a bit of everything. Kind of a small Canadian Tire. Also, this location cuts your keys. Key cutting is huge! Bonus points for having the upholstery cleaner I was looking for. #chadHOGANlive
Excellent customer service! This store is not the closest location to my home, however there was a product I wished to purchase which they had in stock. The sales associate Dave knew his product very well and was able to answer all of my questions. There was one question where he needed to ask his manger Matt who was willing and able to assist. I will be a repeat customer at this location. 5 stars!
Friendly, quick, competent service! I used to frequent another Home Hardware that is closer to my house, but stopped after frequently witnessing some of their associates being rude to seniors who were unaware they had to phone ahead. This location is now my go-to for my bird feeding needs. My order was ready within half an hour and the staff who helped me both over the phone and at the door were friendly. Also, when I overheard them telling other customers that they have to order ahead over the phone, they remained friendly, gave detailed instructions, and ensured those customers that their order shouldn't take long. Nicely done!
This place is great. Always have plumbing fittings that most hardware stores don't carry. Needed a couple fittings the other day for an emergency repair. I was able to call and place my order and pick up 10 minutes later. Would have taken hours for curbside PU at HD or Lowes. Great service.
I placed an order over the phone with a sku number that was confirmed in stock with a representative at this location. I arrived several hours later to pickup the order from 40 minutes away only to find that they were out. I know product and inventory moves fast but someone could have called to let me know they didn't actually have what I ordered. It could have saved me the trip. Staff gave me some explanation of nothing is confirmed until picked up which is reasonable but when I'm speaking with a person actually at the store they should not say something is in without checking or at least give the customer a call. Unfortunately a bad experience for me this one time.
